Inquests

Inquests

When a loved one has passed away from suspected medical negligence then an inquest will be held to investigate how exactly they died and why these errors occurred.

This can be an upsetting and stressful time for the family involved but can hopefully provide them with the answers to questions they have and some hope that this will not happen again to anyone else in the future.

An inquest can help to provide expert medical opinions and evidence needed to bring a successful claim for negligence. Whilst no sum of money can bring back a loved one, some comfort can be taken when compensation can cover any hardships that families are put in as a result of their passing.
