Nicola Moore is an experienced and dedicated Executive in the Personal Injury Law and Clinical Negligence Team at Lamb Brooks.

Nicola has 23 years of experience.  She is a very good communicator and offers clear and concise legal advice. She provides her clients with step-by-step information throughout what is often a stressful and upsetting process.

Nicola has experience in all areas of personal injury, from slips, trips and falls to life-changing, catastrophic accidents. She deals with all areas of Personal Injury work such as Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents. She has vast experience in dealing with employer liability claims and has a special interest in claims involving CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) a very painful and debilitating illness which can often follow on from injuries sustained.  Nicola has dealt with many successful cases involving delay in diagnosis, mis-diagnosis and surgical errors.

Nicola works closely with her clients to gain the best possible outcome to help them recover and rebuild their lives.   • Successfully representing a Claimant who suffered major trauma following a road traffic accident, leading to a compensation award of over £100,000.
  • Acting for a Claimant who suffered a fall in a restaurant, sustaining fractures to the leg and hip. This was a heavily defended claim but after building a strong case was eventually successful and settled.
  • Representing a Claimant who suffered a burn injury which was strenuously defended but settled.
