Head of Private Client

We are seeking a senior Private Client lawyer to join the firm and head up our busy Private Client department. This role entails managing a team of 5 lawyers and support staff, providing guidance where required and reporting to the Partners in relation to the team's objectives and outcomes. They will also be responsible for managing their own varied caseload of Private Client work. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all areas of Private Client and possess the following attributes; efficiently, able to work autonomously, empathy and willing to get involved with business development. 10 years PQE preferable but not a necessity. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary.

Company and Commercial Solicitor/Associate

We are looking to hire an experienced Solicitor/Associate to join our Company and Commercial team. Experience in assisting clients with Company formation, constitution, and restructuring as well as Commercial Contracts (Supply of goods/services agreements, IT contracts, Agency and distribution agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and Franchise agreements) is a necessity. In addition to this, experience in dealing with corporate governance and compliance, corporate transactions (share purchases, asset purchases, company buyback of shares, and company merging and de-merging) is also required.

Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking to hire an experienced Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in all fields of commercial property work.

Conveyancer

We are looking to hire an experienced Conveyancer to join our Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in all fields of residential property work.

Residential/Commercial Property Assistants/Paralegals 

We are seeking Legal Assistants/Paralegals to join our Residential/Commercial Property team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are embarking on their legal career and/or are looking for a training contract in the future.

Clinical Negligence Generalist

We are looking for an experienced fee earner to join our busy Clinical Negligence team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in all fields of clinical negligence work.
