Making a Claim
Making a Dispute Claim
We understand that often by the time individuals come to see us, they are already under a great deal of pressure or upset as issues have been bubbling, unresolved for some time. That’s why we strive to reduce the stress of your situation by outlining the options available to you in a straight-forward, jargon-free manner.
Our litigation experts in Hampshire can negotiate on your behalf and, if necessary commence or defend court proceedings.
We’re skilled in all forms of dispute resolution so we can offer you less confrontational alternatives, such as mediation, negotiation, arbitration or adjudication. These methods are often less stressful, more amicable and potentially lower in cost than attending court.
However if matters cannot be resolved without further action, then we would be in your corner at either the County Court or High Court, depending on the subject matter and the amount of the claim.
If you have a dispute or conflict that you need assistance in resolving, or if you think you may have a claim, please speak to our friendly team who will happily have an initial conversation to determine which options would be best for you. We usually start working with clients by holding a Fixed Fee Appointment initially. This helps you to understand your legal position, discuss the particulars of the dispute with an expert and pave a way forward.
