Daniel Bentley

Biography

Daniel Bentley is a Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution Team at Lamb Brooks. He joined the firm in November 2024 and specialises in professional negligence claims.

Daniel graduated with a First in History from the University of Southampton and was subsequently awarded the prestigious Law First scholarship by the University of Law, completing the LPC with Distinction. He has a wide experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, having practiced initially in tax and trusts before moving into civil litigation in 2020.

Daniel is often commended by clients for his ability to demystify the legal process. He prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and offering the clear, pragmatic advice needed to resolve difficult legal disputes.
