Susan deals with the firm’s day-to-day compliance, working under the firm’s Compliance Officer for legal practice.

One of Susan’s responsibilities is ensuring that the firm and all members of staff comply with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Principals and Code of Conduct.

 Susan also ensures that Lamb Brooks complies with the LawNet Quality Standard (encompassing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the Law Society Lexcel Standard and the outcomes of the SRA Code of Conduct).

Outside of work Susan is mostly kept busy running around after two young children, but when she gets the chance, she likes to let off some steam at boot camp sessions as well as the occasional run.
