Sam is a Paralegal within the Commercial Property Team at Lamb Brooks.

Sam assists Katie Waygood with her busy caseload of various commercial property matters. He is responsible for drafting legal documents, land registry applications, dealing with requisitions, taking new inquiry phone calls, setting up files, and post-completion work.
