Nicole Patel

Biography

Nicole joined the firm as a Legal Assistant in July 2023 and is now in her fourth training seat in the Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Team. 

Nicole's first seat was in the Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Department where she assisted the team by undertaking pre-action legal research and drafting documents to assist with the progression of cases including Witness Statements, Letters of Claim and Letters of Instructions to both Medical Experts and Barristers.

Nicole's second seat was in the Commercial Property team and she assisted Sheena Aston with her busy caseload by drafting/amending legal documents, conducting completion work, and facilitating the opening/closing of files.

Nicole’s third seat was in the Employment and Company Commercial department where she assisted on a wide range of employment matters and supported clients on corporate and commercial transactions including contract reviews, settlement agreements and negotiations.

Nicole graduated from the University of Essex in 2023 with a 2:1 in Law and Criminology. She is now studying the LPC LLM at the University of Law.
