Nicole Smith

Biography 

Nicole joined the firm as a Legal Assistant in July 2023 and started her Training Contract in October 2024.

Nicole is a first seat Trainee in the Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Department where she assists the team by undertaking pre-action legal research and drafting documents to assist with the progression of cases including Witness Statements, Letters of Claim and Letters of Instructions to both Medical Experts and Barristers.

Nicole graduated from the University of Essex in 2023 with a 2:1 in Law and Criminology. She is now studying the LPC LLM at the University of Law.
