Katie Waygood

Katie has worked in the Commercial Property sector since 2017 assisting with commercial leases, the sale and purchase of commercial property, estate management and a wide range of Landlord and Tenant matters.

During this time Katie studied for CILEx qualifications and she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022. She was a shortlisted nominee for the CILEx Learner of the year award in 2019.

• Registering over 100 parcels of land for a Local Authority
• Dealing with leases and licences for a Landlords multiple Industrial Estates
• Assisting with title due diligence for town centre regeneration by a Local Authority
