Biography

Hannah Lockyer is a Legal Director within the Employment Law Team at Lamb Brooks.

Hannah has over 7 years’ experience of advising employees, employers and senior executives on employment law and related issues.

Hannah also acts for individuals advising on complex grievances involving harassment, bullying, discriminatory conduct, constructive and unfair dismissals, defending disciplinary proceedings and challenging internal processes.

Specialisms include dealing with employment tribunal litigation involving discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal. Other areas she regularly advises on are contractual employment terms, disciplinary, grievances, capability procedures, redundancy processes, policies, negotiating senior executive exit arrangements and settlement agreements.  Hannah also provides bespoke training for HR departments and senior leadership teams.
