Biography

Calvin Reels is a Solicitor within the Company & Commercial and Business Services Team at Lamb Brooks.

Calvin has experience with a range of commercial and corporate matters, including:

• advising on and drafting key day-to-day commercial documents (e.g. supply agreements, terms of business, framework agreements, NDAs etc);
• asset and share sales of companies, including associated documentation such as board minutes, shareholders agreements, share / asset purchase agreements, and Companies House filings; and
• assisting directors / shareholders in understanding their respective rights and obligations to achieve their goals within their company, particularly with regard to company restructures.

Calvin graduated from the University of Bristol in 2023 and passed SQE1and SQE2 exams in the top 20% of candidates in 2024.

He joined the firm in May 2024 as a paralegal in the Residential Property Team before starting his training contract, which saw him gain valuable experience across the Residential and Commercial Property, Company & Commercial, Employment and Dispute Resolution Teams. Calvin qualified as a Solicitor in August 2026.
