£200 + VAT
- Meetings are held person or virtually (whichever is easiest for you).

Reviewing and amending documents or agreements

From £400 + VAT (depending on the length and complexity of the document)

Drafting Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use/Website Terms

From £600 + VAT (depending on the applicable industry and the complexity of the services/goods being delivered).

Drafting Shareholders Agreement

From £995 + VAT (for the first draft only and dependant on the document length)
