Biography
Karen Holden is an experienced Employment Law Partner in the Employment and Business Services Team at Lamb Brooks.
Karen is specialising in advising organisations and individuals on employment law and related HR issues.
Karen has over 20 years’ experience advising employers and senior executives on employment law and related issues. Karen has a wealth of knowledge and has been ranked in legal directories
Much of Karen’s time is spent advising and supporting corporate clients, conducting employment tribunal litigation and carrying out investigation work. Clients range from fast growing start-ups to established UK businesses and global multinationals where she helps HR professionals, legal counsel, CEOs, COOs and MDs deal with the employment issues faced by their organisations, make the best possible people and HR related decisions and pragmatically minimise the risk of employment litigation.
