Biography

Francesca is an Associate Solicitor in the Company & Commercial team here at Lamb Brooks.

Francesca has over 10 years’ experience in the industry and a proven track record of successfully drafting, advising on and negotiating:

Key day-to-day commercial and data protection documents, such as supply agreements, terms of business, framework agreements, consultancy agreements, agency/reseller agreements, privacy policies and data processing terms – having gained in-depth experience in all BAU commercial matters; as well as
More complex/bespoke commercial and technology contracts, for example relating to SaaS subscriptions, end user terms, software development/maintenance and the supply of IT solutions, as well as IP licenses and assignments – having developed a keen interest in the fast-developing tech space.

Francesca also assists with the commercial aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on construction matters, particularly regarding professional appointments, collateral warranties, and third-party rights.

Work Highlights

She has dealt with a wide range of clients, ranging from SMEs through to large corporations, operating in a broad range of sectors, including the technology, engineering, manufacturing, defence, pharmaceutical and automotive industries – some recent highlights include:

Assisting a national provider of smart network solutions with the commercial documentation involved in preparing their IoT response on a substantial public tender;
Working with two major international automotive manufacturers (on a secondment and retainer basis, respectively), assisting on a wide range of BAU and strategic legal matters; and
Assisting a publicly listed international tech company offering digital health products in its contract negotiations with pharmaceutical organisations and academic institutions.
