A leading Basingstoke law firm is pleased to announce the promotion of two new Partners with affect from 1st January 2022.
The forward-thinking law firm is always keen to promote from within and reward the hard-work and dedication of employees. The recent promotions take the Partner count to 11.
Congratulations to Susan Sear and Victoria Pettit-Mills on their new year promotions to Partner.
Susan Sear joined Lamb Brooks back in 2008 as a newly qualified Solicitor. Throughout her time at the firm, she has worked advising clients in two different departments, prior to moving to her current Compliance role in 2015. Susan has proven herself to be an adaptive and valuable member of the team, being made an Associate in 2019, and now promoted to Partner.
Victoria Pettit-Mills joined the firm in 2012 as an Assistant Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department. Quickly establishing herself as a specialist expert in complex and high-value medical injury claims, Victoria was promoted to Associate in 2019, and made a Partner in 2022.
Another good news story for the Basingstoke-based law firm is the appointment of Sue Squires to Head of the Private Client department. Sue started her career with Lamb Brooks as a trainee solicitor and has dedicated 19 years to Lamb Brooks. Sue’s excellent client care, glowing reputation and mentoring skills made her a clear choice for the Head of Department role. Sue was made a Partner in the Summer of 2019, and now leads the knowledgeable Wills and Probate team at Lamb Brooks.
