Victoria Pettit-Mills is an Associate Solicitor within our Clinical Negligence Department at Lamb Brooks.


Victoria studied Law at the University of Reading and went on to complete her studies and training in Oxford. She joined Lamb Brooks in September 2012 and was promoted to Associate in 2019.


Victoria specialises in the area of Clinical Negligence and represents clients in high value and complex claims. Her experience includes assisting clients who have suffered brain injuries, spinal injuries and where there has been additional trauma caused as a result of delayed diagnosis.  She has a particular interest in birth injury and neonatal care and has represented a number of families who have tragically suffered a stillbirth.


Victoria has experience in cases involving fatalities of loved ones and can assist and guide families through the Inquest process.

Victoria understands that her clients have often experienced life changing events and that all of her claims need to be handled with a high degree of sensitivity, patience and compassion. Over the years she has been credited for her organised and friendly approach and has built strong relationships with her clients, many of whom stay in touch long after settlement of their claims.


Outside of work Victoria enjoys spending time with her young children and going for long walks in the countryside.  She enjoys travelling and returns to her home county of Cornwall as much as possible.
