Sue Squires is a Partner and Head of the Private Client department at Lamb Brooks.


Sue advises on a wide variety of Private Client issues including the preparation of Wills (especially where there are complex family circumstances), obtaining Grants of Probate, estate administration and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.


She works with all types of clients but has a particular specialism in elderly planning.

Sue has a particular interest in care provision for elderly clients including arranging care packages, arranging funding and representing and supporting clients with their dealings with care providers. Sue is more than happy to visit clients in their home or at a care home or hospital.


She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and a Dementia Friend. Sue is a student member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is working towards full membership to further strengthen her skills in advising her older client base.


Sue receives positive feedback from her work; with clients often commenting on her sympathetic, gentle yet professional approach.


Outside of work Sue really enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. When she gets the time she enjoys going for a run.
