Melissa is a Litigation Executive in the Disputes Resolution Department at Lamb Brooks.


She has experience in advising both landowners and tenants on a vast range of real estate related disputes, both commercial and residential. Melissa has also worked on a large number of high-profile telecoms cases in her previous employment, some of which were heard by the Court of Appeal.  She has extensive experience of working with the First Tier Tribunal (Residential Property), Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the Court of Appeal.


She enjoys disputes resolution and assisting her clients in reaching a satisfying conclusion to their issues. Her approach is to evaluate the issues in a way which is best suited to the client and to advise accordingly. Melissa is highly organised and therefore ensures as smooth running process to resolve the dispute as possible.

Melissa graduated from the University of Surrey in 2016 with a LLB Law degree and thereafter started working as a Paralegal. In 2017, she started to explore her interest in real estate dispute resolution during her employment with Fladgate LLP, which she continued to develop during her employment at Eversheds Sutherland from 2019. Melissa completed her LLM Master’s degree in International Legal Practice (specialising in dispute resolution) in 2021 and thereafter joined Lamb Brooks and is involved with a vast range of disputes of various levels of complexity.


Outside of work Melissa enjoys travelling, reading, seeing friends and listening to Hans Zimmer.
