Karen advises businesses of various sizes and sectors on all matters relating to employment law including compliance, day-to-day HR issues and training through to negotiating senior executive exit arrangements, settlements and employment tribunal litigation.


The other side to Karen’s role involves advising individuals from blue collar to high-net-worth clients on employment disputes, case strategy, negotiating exit packages and employment tribunal litigation.


Karen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).


Karen offers commercial, pragmatic advice and has a meticulous attention to detail.
