Jill Lipscombe is a Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution department at Lamb Brooks.
Jill acts for both commercial clients and private individuals on a wide range of disputes. She is empathetic and yet pragmatic in her advice and works with clients to achieve their goals and settle disputes.
She is approachable and supportive of her clients but determined and driven in her representation of them. Jill works hard to ensure that her Clients’ disputes are resolved as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. She is experienced in representing clients in the County Court and High Court and is a strong believer in using Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as mediation, where appropriate.

Jill qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 having trained with Warner Goodman LLP. Prior to joining Lamb Brooks she was employed by Herrington Carmichael LLP.
Outside of work Jill enjoys hiking, visiting national parks and seeing live theatre and music. She is a pretty decent cook and enjoys the challenge of making something new.
