19th March 2018
We are holding our next ‘Property Forum’ on Wednesday 28 March 2018 at The Red Lion Hotel, Red Lion Lane, Basingstoke, RG21 7LX.
Mike Cole of Bell Cornwell Associates will be speaking on two hot topic issues for those in the property sector – CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) and PDR (Permitted Development Rights).
CIL is here to stay, but where is it going? What will the impact be for Basingstoke? Due to be implemented in July 2018, Mike will bring you up to speed on the process, exemptions and liability.
Mike will also explore PDR – what you need to know, some practical advice and the implications.
This informal session is suitable for investors, occupiers, developers and property professionals of both residential and commercial property alike.
The format of the morning will be as follows;
08:30 – Arrival, coffee and registration
09:00 – Breakfast and presentation
09:40 – Q&A session
09:55 – Close
The Property Law Team will be around after the event should you wish to ask any further questions or network with other professionals.
