Working Time Regulations & Holiday

Your employer is obliged to adhere to regulations that define your maximum weekly working time, patterns of work and holidays. These regulations are known as the Working Time Regulations and provide protection to employees and workers.

The Lamb Brooks Employment Law Department located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Has a complete understanding of these regulations and can give you the very best advice should you feel your employer is not giving you appropriate rest breaks, requiring you to work excessive hours, denying you holiday leave or pay or any other issue (including pressurising you to sign an opt out).

If you have a dispute with your employer regarding working hours or holiday, in need of employment advice, contact the Lamb Brooks Employment Department today.
