Clinical Negligence (often referred to as medical negligence or malpractice) occurs when a health professional has failed in their duty of care.

Suffering from clinical negligence can have a long-lasting impact on your life. It can impact your ability to work, hitting you financially. It can affect your quality of life as well as impact on your mental wellbeing, physical health and relationships.
There are many ways that negligence can occur, and it is rare to see many cases with the exact same circumstances or outcomes. Some examples of medical negligence include:
Plus many more which can result in limited treatment, further pain and suffering, worsened conditions and sadly, death.
