We provide both landlords and tenants alike with tenancy agreements. Our Property Law Team offers a range of documents that will help you secure a legal agreement between all parties concerned.
What does this mean?
For landlords, a tenancy agreement allows them to secure certain legal undertakings from the tenants. Commonly, that they will not damage the property during the tenancy and will leave the premises promptly and in good order and repair at the end of the tenancy. For a tenant, it allows peace of mind that their occupation of the premises will be peaceful and without interruption, so long as they act within their agreement.
Possession notices are an extremely important but all too often neglected area of tenancy law. Different tenancy agreements require different types of possession notices. Our team can help with procession notices advising on the most appropriate steps to take.
