Doctors surgeries are often the first port of call when someone has health concerns, and they have a key role to play in helping people obtain a diagnosis and seek treatment.

Many people trust and rely on the doctor to make the right decisions for their health and do not expect to have to visit their doctor several times before making headway. But unfortunately, we deal with clients regularly whose GPs have failed to identify symptoms or make referrals in good time, despite them frequently visiting.

It can be incredibly frustrating if you feel that your GP has failed you. Whether they have not taken your concerns seriously, failed to refer you to specialists in time, missed major warning signs or symptoms or given you an incorrect diagnosis or prescription – it can have a harmful affect.

To make a successful claim against a GP you must be able to show that their actions or lack of any action directly led to your pain and suffering, or prolonged pain and suffering.

Please get in touch to discuss your situation by calling 01256 844888.
