Who can make payments via our website?

Online payments can only be made by a client of Lamb Brooks unless you have notified us, in advance, of any third party who will be making the payment on your behalf, and we have confirmed that it acceptable.

We have certain procedures that need to be followed to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations and it is likely that we will require further information and evidence of any third party’s identity before we can accept payment from them.



We reserve the right to refuse and refund any payment made which is not in accordance with our contractual terms.

If you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the contractual terms upon which Lamb Brooks LLP has undertaken work for you, it will be processed [*within 10 [working] days OR [as soon as the original payment has cleared in our account]] via Worldpay.

*In some cases, in order to comply with our legal obligations, we may be required to undertake certain checks before the refund can be processed and the above-mentioned period could be longer.

We are not liable for any delays or costs that you might experience as a result of waiting for a refund during the above-mentioned periods.

The refund will be processed to the card used to make the payment.


Please note that we can only support payments under £3,000 via our website. For larger bills please pay via bank transfer, over the phone or in our office. Details of which will be on your invoice or bill.
