11th June 2020
After a detailed risk assessment, careful consideration and planning Lamb Brooks are pleased to be able to welcome back clients and visitors to their town centre offices from Monday 15 June 2020.
The leading law firm in Basingstoke has continued to work tirelessly throughout lockdown to help clients in need of good legal advice and services.
Despite challenges such as court closures and the halt of the property market, Lamb Brooks has continued to push through sales, business deals and provide important legal support to help people continue to run their businesses and manage their personal affairs. The firm has even received an influx of positive, 5* Google reviews over recent weeks from impressed clients.
Managing Partner, Andrew Lowe comments “This has certainly been a challenging time for everyone in the UK. Times like this have proven how important it is for businesses to be flexible, reactive, and adaptable. Lamb Brooks has always been a forward-thinking firm and we challenge barriers, striving to give the best outcomes for our clients against all odds”.
Andrew added: “I would like to thank our clients for being patient with us as we adapted to new ways of working and also would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff we have at Lamb Brooks who have juggled their home commitments and continued to work hard providing a high level of service to their clients”.
The offices based at the top of town in Basingstoke are opening their doors once again to the public on Monday 15 June. Reception will be open at Victoria House in Winchester Street, from 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
A considered and cautious approach has been taken to make the office as risk free as possible. This has involved a team of people auditing the physical building along with our procedures to ensure that no stone has been left unturned when it comes to safety.
We have implemented new procedures and invested in protective measures such as multiple screens, floor markings, posters and sanitiser gel to put clients at ease.
Our Head of Marketing, Hannah Perryman expresses her thoughts: “We want to ensure that clients and visitors to our office feel comfortable and safe, but at the same time welcomed. Our lawyers appreciate that many clients may wish to continue to work with us via email, video conference or over the phone, however, those who do wish to see someone for a face-to-face meeting will be able to do so safely. From when clients walk into the office, through to them leaving, they will have peace of mind”.
If you are visiting our office please be aware of the following procedures:
If you would like to see someone, then please get in touch. It is always advised to make an appointment and that way we can ensure that a lawyer can see you more promptly with a clean meeting room available.

We look forward to re-connecting and seeing our clients and friends of the firm in due course.
