Advising a multinational in the taking over of an industrial premises comprising 106,654 sq ft with two storey office accommodation of 5,658 sq ft at a rent of 5.52 per sq ft. The transaction from heads of terms to completion of the sub-lease was concluded within a month.
Acting for a government funded company in respect of a lease of 2 floors in a central London office building at a rent in excess of 100,000 per annum. This incorporated the negotiation of an agreement for lease in respect of landlord and tenant works.
