Our Property Law Team has been involved with transactions in all areas of Commercial Investment from acquisitions to Landlord and Tenant work, portfolio transactions, site assembly and development. This includes development finance for nursing homes and finance for the Licensing Trade which have required the firm to combine expertise with a pragmatic commercial approach.

Experience has taught us that in order to drive a transaction through to a successful conclusion, it is essential to have a current understanding of the trends and pressures within the investment market. We strive to provide the best possible advice through active involvement with sector forums, providing commercial and constructive solutions to meet your needs.

Drawing together experience from across the firm, we provide comprehensive advice in connection with advancing money to borrowers. We have also been involved in recovery work and have expertise in relation to insolvency through our Business Services Group and Dispute Resolution legal teams.

As examples we have advised on the following:

Acting for Lenders in all types of security work; having recently acted for a major high street lender in funding the purchase of a Care Home where the value of the lending exceeded 2.5m.

The acquisition by a major high street lender of a golf course.

"I have worked with Viv and various people at Lamb Brooks for a couple of years, and I appreciate the expertise and professional guidance our business receives. The team has great business acumen and understand our challenges and requirements, working with us towards the best solutions."
