#MeToo spread virally in October 2017 as a hashtag on social media in an attempt to demonstrate the widespread prevalence of sexual assault and harassment, especially in the workplace. From then on the ‘Me Too’ movement has seen countless celebrity figures speak out about their own experiences and now we are seeing the affects trickle down to businesses with Ted Baker and Topshop recently in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Many employers of businesses of all shapes and sizes are now concerned about sexual harassment claims and how to effectively train and manage their workforce to avoid a costly and potentially damaging situation.

Our Mock Employment Tribunal will see a sexual harassment case following unwanted advances at an office Christmas party. Full details of the case will be sent out prior to the event for attendees to read ahead of time should they wish.
